DO I NEED PROPS TO PRACTICE YOGA THERAPY?
Yoga therapy is all about comfort and making the practice accessible to everyone no matter their abilities. If the session are held online, we will use that you own in the environment you practice in (a yoga mat is not a prerequisite). For exemple: sofa, cushions, chairs, pillows, blankets, tennis balls, etc. We will get creative so your practice is adapted to your needs and your current environment.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR TO PRACTICE AND WHERE CAN I PRACTICE?
Make sure you wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely but keep you warm during period of stillness or relaxation.

If the sessions are held online, make sure to find a place where you won't be disturbed, that feels safe and cozy to you. You won't need a big space as we can adapt to almost any type of setting.
HOW OFTEN DO WE NEED TO SEE EACH OTHER AND FOR HOW LONG?
This will all depend on the reason why you are coming to yoga therapy.
Yoga therapy works on many different levels: physical, mental, lifestyle and spiritual.
If we want to work in an effective way, a minimum of 7 to 10 sessions are recommended, allowing change to happen without putting pressure on oneself.
