ABOUT YOGA THERAPY,
WHAT TO EXPECT?

Yoga therapy is the use of yoga principles and practices to foster health and well being in the context of a therapeutic relationship. Yoga therapy includes an extensive assessment which allows the therapist to create a personalized practice including: breath work, movement, relaxation and lifestyle tips.

Yoga therapy can be done in multiple types of settings: in a studio, at home, in nature, seated, lying, standing, etc.

In yoga therapy we work pain free and as a results we use a lot of props: chairs, sofa, beds, pillows, cushions, blankets and we adapt to your environment.

A session ranges from 1h to 1h30 depending on your needs and your abilities.

Yoga therapy is an excellent complementary therapy and works really well when other forms of therapies are involved. Wether it's any type of conventional medicine approaches or/and psychotherapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, etc.
